Wine, glorious wine!

My restaurant has 96 wines available by the taste, glass, carafe, or bottle. It's a really cool place, and it's a lot of fun to see our patrons wandering around, exploring our Eno machines. We are redoing our wine list for the summer. Every Tuesday, we have a wine company rep come in for a tasting and wine class. Our first class was last week. Bernie, from Premier Cru, came and introduced us to the first 11 wines. They include:

  • Domaine Olivier Savary Chablis
  • Errazuriz Wile Ferment Chard
  • Monchhof Mosel Slate Riesling Spatlese (my personal fave!)
  • Storybook Mountain Zin Gris
  • Crios Syrah Bonarda
  • Spellbound Petite Sirah
  • Joel Gott Zinfindel
  • Errazuriz Max Reserva Cab Sauv
  • Somerset Ridge Buffalo Red (a yummy Kansas wine!! Yes, they do exist!!)
