Classes

From June 3 until August 12, I will be taking classes at the Kansas City Culinary Center.
  • Week 1 - Knife Skills
  • Week 2 - Meats
  • Week 3 - Seafood
  • Week 4 - Vegetables
  • Week 5 - Moist Heat Cooking
  • Week 6 - Dry Heat Cooking
  • Week 7 - Mother Sauces (Tomato, Veloute, Bechemel, Espagnole, Hollandaise)
  • Week 8 - Small Sauces (deglazing, wine infusion, etc)
  • Week 9 - Final Dinner Class
Beginning in the fall semester, I will taking my classes at JCCC.
  • HMGT - 120 - Food Service Sanitation
  • HMGT - 123 - Professional Cooking I
  • HMGT - 223 - Fundamentals of Baking
